We're actively seeking a talented Liquidity & Collateral Lead to join our Capital Markets and Liquidity team in either Newport Beach, CA, or Charlotte, NC. You will fill an existing role that sits on a small high-functioning team in the Treasury division. Reporting to Vice President, Head of Capital Markets, Liquidity, Collateral & FX. How you'll help move us forward: Lead the development of integrated cash, liquidity and collateral forecasting and stress testing including methodology development, assumption development, metric design, and end-to-end documentation across firmwide, consolidated, and legal entity levels, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk appetite Development and maintenance of contingency plans, limit monitoring and reporting, integrated and standardized firmwide stress testing including alignment with capital stress testing Work closely with Treasury, Risk, Investments, Finance and other areas of the firm to monitor, manage and optimize company liquidity and collateral sources Seamlessly integrate strategic priorities and execution dynamics with operational process excellence and associated controls Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing analytical tools, controls, and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of models Support the financial structuring, negotiation and execution of financing transactions for the Pacific Life enterprise with banks, creditors or brokers The experience/skills/accomplishments you bring: 5+ years of experience in Treasury or a related field within the financial services industry preferably in a life & retirement insurance company Knowledge of market conventions, fixed income analytics and financial market practices Proven track record to drive continuous change and improvement Bachelors/Masters in a quantitative field Professional certification attained or in-process e.g., CFA, FRM Superior technical skills with experience working with financial data and modeling tools Attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
