The Exclusive Collective is seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented, and forward‑thinking Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape the digital presence of world‑class luxury travel brands including Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay by developing compelling content, driving community engagement, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across social and influencer channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand Manager and cross‑functional partners to deliver best‑in‑class creative work, elevate brand storytelling, and keep our brands ahead in an ever‑evolving social landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate storyteller who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to contribute to the continued growth of iconic travel brands ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Develop content with fresh themes and ideas each month for brands within The Exclusive Collective, supporting both organic social media channels and our paid media agency. Create content (image, video creation or selection, and copywriting) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and TikTok, as well as any new channels. Work with The Exclusive Collective’s Brand Manager to hone the voice and grow Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay’s social presence across platforms. Stay up to date on current travel trends on social media. Activate against culturally relevant and timely content by identifying opportunities to be a part of a relevant conversation around cultural and industry moments to keep the brand dynamic, top of mind, and relevant. Stay on top of annual holidays and events in our destinations and create content around them. Bring forward creative ways to drive qualified web traffic from social channels and help facilitate those opportunities. Execute social media reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Spearhead UGC and EGC (Employee Generated Content) initiatives. Deepen community engagement and partner interactions: engage with our hotel partners, Member benefits, destinations, influencers, Member community, and friends of the brand. Influencer Marketing Review availability for potential influencer partnerships, ensuring requested dates fall within Asset Utilization’s guidelines. Ensure the onsite teams have all pertinent information, such as swag, shipment tracking information, influencer dietary restrictions/preferences, etc. Liaise with the legal team on contracts. Ensure OneDrive and Cloudinary are updated for all social media and paid media materials for the appropriate stakeholders to access. Work with the concierge team on personalized experiences and amenities. Manage post-trip expense management, invoicing, and reporting. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE You have 2+ years of social media experience. You’re motivated by a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-changing social environment. You’re able to work swiftly under deadlines. You’re a passionate storyteller with strong writing skills. You’re a confident, data-driven decision-maker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding and proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest, with an interest in emerging platforms. You have experience with social publishing and listening tools like Sprout Social. You have a great eye. You’re a skilled photographer/videographer/content creator familiar with using photo editing/design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop), Figma, Canva You have experience using Asana (or a similar tool) to manage content calendars, track project timelines, and coordinate tasks across teams.
