The Sales Representative is to identify, introduce, develop and nurture business relationships with companies and individuals within their designated territory. The Sales Representative’s goal is to generate and maximize revenue for the Bronx territory and the company. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a company whose reputation speaks for itself.
What You’ll Do Responsibilities:
Predominantly focus on signing full-service leasing contracts.
Excel in client presentation, account management, and navigating strategically through a multitude of potential obstacles during a sales cycle.
Discover new business prospects through cold canvass door knocking and phone prospecting.
Acquire new commercial lease business (a minimum of 10 new lease accounts per year) utilizing your market knowledge, team support, enthusiasm and confidence.
Maintain existing customer contact, and grow revenue through rental and truck sales.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow the company's presence within assigned territories.
Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.

Works as an individual, yet utilizes team support to deliver the top customer experience.
Enjoys problem-solving: would be able to analyze customer needs and make recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise.
Is confident, and with training, can develop strong sales presentation and closing skills.
Possesses a professional and outgoing personality, both face to face and over the telephone.
Has experience in CRM systems for customer documentation and account management.
Payscale posted for this position includes a base salary plus commission earned with bonus potential. This is not a guaranteed salary. Car and phone allowance provided.
