I am partnered with a client who is looking for a driven and commercially focused
Sales Account Executive
to take ownership of the
DACH and Nordics region . This is a strategic role combining
60% new business development
with
40% account management , focused on expanding market presence and building long-term customer partnerships within the healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development (60%)
Identify, target, and secure new enterprise opportunities across hospitals, imaging networks, and healthcare providers
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing
Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Account Management (40%)
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic accounts
Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within current customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
Partner with clinical and product teams to support successful implementation and ongoing value delivery
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Required Experience & Skills
Proven track record of success in radiology AI
Mandatory experience selling Radiology AI solutions
or closely related imaging informatics technologies
Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to generate new business while nurturing existing customer relationships
Fluent
German speaker
with strong professional English communication skills
Must be
based in Germany
and willing to travel across the DACH and Nordic regions
