Louisiana, Texas or Latin America base (hybrid) Swagelok Louisiana is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Latin America to support market and sales development in Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad, and Venezuela, with an initial emphasis on Guyana.

This role is a strong fit for an ambitious sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone with technical sales experience in oil and gas, industrial, chemical, or related markets who wants to expand into international market development and play a visible role in a fast-growing energy region.

Reporting directly to the President, this position offers the opportunity to help grow our presence in Guyana while also contributing to broader regional development over time. The role includes building customer and agent relationships, supporting market growth, and gaining meaningful exposure to international business development. Regular travel to Guyana and within the region will be an important part of the role, especially during the first year.

What you will do Support sales growth in Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago with broader regional involvement over time

Build and strengthen relationships with agents, customers, and key market contacts

Help develop market strategy and identify opportunities for growth within the region

Drive pipeline activity and support execution in priority accounts and projects

Work closely with leadership and internal teams to expand our presence in the region

What we are looking for Sales experience in oil and gas, industrial, chemical, technical, or related markets

A motivated, hands on professional with a strong work ethic and builder mentality

Interest in developing business in an emerging international market

Willingness and ability to travel to Guyana and within the region regularly, especially in the first year

Strong relationship building skills and the drive to grow into a broader leadership opportunity over time

Work style Hybrid role based in Louisiana, Texas or Latin America with regular travel within the region, especially to Guyana.
