This is a role for someone who doesn’t need to be managed to perform at a high level.
If you are the type of person who:
Takes full ownership of your results.
Figures things out quickly without waiting to be told.
Holds yourself to a high standard - even when no one is watching.
You’ll likely do very well here.
If you prefer step-by-step direction, frequent check-ins, or being closely managed, this will not be the right fit.
About the Role We’re hiring a self-directed, high-accountability team member for a remote, full-time position (32–40 hours/week). You’ll be responsible for handling inbound leads, booking jobs, managing schedules, and supporting daily operations.
You will be trained—but success in this role depends on how quickly you take ownership, execute independently, and consistently perform without supervision.
We trust our team to manage their responsibilities. In return, we expect results, reliability, and professionalism.
Pay is performance based. $16.50/hour is the base with a commission on booked jobs that are completed. The better you perform the more money you make.
Core Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked jobs.
Follow up with warm leads (calls, texts, emails) with urgency.
Dispatch and optimize daily service routes.
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
Keep detailed, accurate notes and stay highly organized.
Adjust quickly to new processes, scripts, and expectations.
What We Expect (Non-Negotiables)
You do what you say you’re going to do.
You stay productive and focused while working remotely.
You solve problems before escalating them.
You take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
You consistently follow through no dropped balls.
Who Thrives in This Role
Self-starters who naturally take ownership.
People who are internally motivated (not externally managed).
Individuals who take pride in efficiency and performance.
Those who prefer autonomy over micromanagement.
Schedule
Monday–Saturday availability required.
8:00am-5:00pm PACIFIC TIME with an hour lunch break.
7:00am-8:00am PACIFIC TIME for weekly team meeting.
3 Saturdays per month (4-7 hours between 9am-4pm PACIFIC TIME).
Training & Growth We provide the tools and training—but not constant oversight. Top performers in this role quickly become highly valuable within the company as we continue expanding.
Final Note This role offers freedom and flexibility, but it comes with the expectation that you perform at a high level without being chased or managed.
If that’s how you naturally operate, we want to hear from you.
Application Questions (Required) We carefully review responses to these questions. Thoughtful, specific answers will be prioritized.
When something is unclear at work, what is your typical approach?
Describe a time you had to learn something quickly to perform your job well. How did you approach it?
On a scale of 1–10, how would you rate your self-accountability at work? Give a specific example that justifies your rating.
