Compensation:
$110K–$150K+ base (negotiable) + commission
On-target earnings $200K+
Summary Our client, a growing home infusion pharmacy in the Orlando Park, IL area, is hiring a field-based Account Executive to expand referral partnerships and drive adoption of infusion therapy services across the region.
What You’ll Do
Develop new referral relationships with specialty providers, hospitals, and clinic decision-makers
Focus on IVIG, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and related specialties
Build long‑term partnerships with physicians, care teams, and practice administrators
Educate providers on infusion therapy services and patient access pathways
Deliver tailored presentations to referral sources
Stay current on infusion therapy trends, reimbursement considerations, and competitor offerings
Partner internally with pharmacy, intake, and clinical teams to ensure patient access and provider satisfaction
Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
3+ years of infusion sales experience focused on promoting chronic therapies, to IVIG, GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
