Base salary of $50,000 - $65,000 with opportunity to earn commission based on meeting goals. Potential total compensation for first year: $100,000 - $125,000. Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for exceeding sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the company’s current customer base, and delivering solutions and services that meet client needs. Job Responsibilities

Identify and target prospective commercial clients within assigned markets Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers within prospective and existing client organizations Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner Promote the company and its solutions and services offered through networking and professional associations Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records within the company’s CRM or sales tracking systems Leading Discovery
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client operational needs and service requirements Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of all solutions and services offered Collaborate with internal teams to gather information necessary to develop solutions, proposals, or service agreements Demonstrate aptitude in understanding the company’s solutions and services to meet customer needs Present Solutions and Closing
Differentiate the company’s offerings and introduce possibilities to customers Develop pricing for offerings in collaboration with the internal teams and vendor partners Create and present customized proposals and system or service solutions to prospective clients Provide timely and accurate responses to customer proposal and bid requests Ensure proposals and pricing align with company standards and profitability expectations Make sales presentations to customers and management, as requested Close new accounts while maintaining company profitability standards Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and objectives Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue goals Maintain and actively manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities Track and provide accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting to management Consistently work with management to develop a competitive pricing structure Prepare and distribute timely sales reports and support sales-related projects, as required Customer Transition & Relationship Management
Ensure smooth transition of sold projects or services to internal teams Provide timely and accurate submittal of sales orders and job notes to appropriate order processing and internal teams Maintain communication with customers during project implementation to support successful delivery Identify opportunities to expand services and develop long‑term partnerships with clients Collaboration & Professional Conduct
Partner closely with internal teams, subcontractors (as applicable) to support successful project execution Support the onboarding of Associate Account Executives by providing opportunities to shadow selected sales calls and responsibilities to help build their knowledge in the sales process Serve as a role model to the organization in professionalism, learning mindset, conduct, personal effectiveness, strategic thinking, and adherence to the company’s core values Contribute to a positive working environment and promote strong teamwork across departments All other duties, as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with applicable experience 3+ years sales experience in the security industry Must be able to pass state and federal background checks Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Experience with CRM systems; Q360 software experience is a plus Experience working with sub‑contractors, as applicable Must be self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills Collaborative and able to build credibility across teams Committed to providing excellent customer service Travel
