Archer is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for our Midwestern Territory.
Principal Responsibilities
Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the sale of Archer Enterprise products and services.
Manages specific global accounts that require global execution and represent the highest complexity and strategic importance to the firm.
Leads and motivates a virtual global team of diverse internal and external members.
Provides insight and thought leadership to senior/CXO‑level leadership to position solutions that positively impact the customer’s business.
Establishes a strong personal and professional brand as a trusted business advisor.
Builds superior relationships with senior‑level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain long‑term partnerships.
Leverages expanded solutions from channel partners and/or third‑party offerings as part of a proactive competitive strategy.
Leads company‑to‑company relationships to develop competitive advantage.
Demonstrates strong boardroom/executive presence.
Is leveraged as a coach and mentor.
Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on Archer’s enterprise technology, products, and services.
Relays customer feedback to support future development of Archer’s technology, products, and services.
Serves as a coach and mentor for the global account team.
Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working to meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives.
Collaborates effectively with functional leaders across the organization and models effective team leadership.
Qualifications
Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a relationship‑selling role and a bachelor’s degree.
Additional criteria for Outside Sales: Typically requires 12+ years of field sales experience.
