SMB Account Executive (Field Sales | Hybrid)

enterprise telecommunications provider
to identify
high-performing SMB Account Executives
who thrive on building pipeline, closing new business, and owning their territory.
This is not a passive account management role. This is for
true hunters —professionals who know how to create opportunities, move fast, and win.
What You'll Do:
Own your territory —generate leads through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
Run a
full-cycle sales motion
from first touch to close
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with SMB clients
Identify customer needs and deliver
solution-based recommendations
across wireless, data, and value-added services
Build and manage a
disciplined sales pipeline
using CRM and funnel management tools
Develop proposals, negotiate effectively, and close with confidence
Continuously refine your approach—this is a performance-driven environment
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of true new business sales experience
(quota-carrying, commissioned preferred)
Proven success in
prospecting and closing new accounts
Strong ability to
communicate, influence, and build trust quickly
Experience managing a
pipeline and forecasting activity/results
Comfortable working in a
hybrid model (field + remote)
Highly motivated, resilient, and competitive
Bonus Points For:
Telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based sales experience
Experience selling into SMB markets
Strong proposal and negotiation skills
