Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets in the designated region. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting tailored sales strategies, presenting product offerings to potential and existing clients, and managing accounts to ensure long‑term customer satisfaction. The representative will also collaborate with the in‑house team to align customer needs with company services and participate in trade shows or industry events to promote products.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
Proficiency in managing accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of wheel accessories, automotive aftermarket parts, or vehicle customization industry preferred
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience preferred)
