We also, need to hire the best people to help us reach this vision. The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive our sales efforts and expand our customer base in the Orlando and Ocala area. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, and relationship-building. You will be supported by a team of professionals located in Tampa and be trusted to drive results in your territory. Leveraging the relationships and reputation of Streetleaf you will be able to attain new business and leveraging our commitment to quality products and service you will be able to retain current customers. Qualifications:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales of Streetleaf's solar streetlighting solutions. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking. Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of Streetleaf’s solutions. Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients. What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification methodologies, and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Creative problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A person of high ethics, integrity, honesty with lots of passion, drive, and a sense of humor. What We Offer:
