Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Account Manager, based in Hollywood, FL, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Commercial Account Manager will oversee client accounts, provide recommendations on insurance coverage options, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing renewals, responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, and coordinating with insurance carriers. This role also involves identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
Client relationship management, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
Insurance policy management, handling renewals, and processing changes
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
Understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage requirements
Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience or licensing in insurance services, or willingness to obtain required certifications
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is a plus
