As the Lead Anaplan Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with user groups to address business challenges using advanced technologies, including software, databases, and systems integration. This position lends strategic insight and guidance to functional teams, leveraging your extensive technical know-how.
The Principal Anaplan Solution Architect will work as a vital partner to Finance and HR, ensuring that Anaplan is utilized to its fullest extent while aligning with enterprise architecture, data governance, and strategic planning initiatives. This role entails translating business needs into effective technical solutions and ensuring the seamless integration of hardware, software, and network interfaces to create efficient systems. You will provide executive-level advisory on significant matters and independently navigate complex issues with minimal supervision.
Master Anaplan certification is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Own the complete Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains.
Set strategic architectural vision and standards for Anaplan throughout the organization.
Act as a subject matter expert and key advisor for complex Anaplan implementations and integrations on an enterprise scale.
Provide expertise in modeling frameworks, governance, and best practices while mentoring Lead Architects and team members.
Engage in strategic planning and platform optimization, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture goals.
Lead design and implementation of Anaplan modules for:
Finance:
Cost modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis.
HR:
Position management, hiring plans, workforce analytics.
Oversee architectural integrity and maintain integration strategies with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) ensuring smooth data flow.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Anaplan security models, user roles, and access controls.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in development, testing, and deployment of models.
Establish, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions utilizing Anaplan and complementary tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Act as a strategic advisor to Finance and HR leadership, contributing to the enterprise planning roadmap.
Strategic & Technical Leadership: Bridge between IT, Finance, and HR, ensuring alignment of planning tools with business objectives.
Contribute to the enterprise technology roadmap by assessing emerging trends in workforce planning and analytics.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative enhancements to planning processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
Lead efforts to promote adoption of new planning capabilities and tools.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Anaplan, proficient in model building, architecture, ALM, and security configuration.
Solid experience supporting Finance and HR domains in planning or analytics.
Strong expertise in financial planning, workforce management, and organizational design.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake.
Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle OIC, Informatica, MuleSoft, APIs, Anaplan Connect).
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, AzureML).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and IT.
Preferred Qualifications: Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification
Experience with other EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC).
Background in enterprise architecture, data strategy, or IT analysis.
Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs.
Additional Information: Work-At-Home Requirements: Must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem for home office and a dedicated workspace free of interruptions.
A minimum speed of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and wireless internet services are not permitted for this role.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting and may vary based on geographic location and individual experience. $172,200 - $236,900 per year. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
