What You’ll Do

The Disclosure Desk Specialist will be a part of our talented First Mortgage Fulfillment team. Our Disclosure Desk Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring all required disclosures are delivered to members within state and federal regulations and the Credit Union’s policies and procedures. The Disclosure Desk Specialist works closely with various team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of mortgage disclosures at application and to capture any changes occur throughout the loan process.

This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.

Core Contributions

Prepare and issue Initial Disclosure packages for FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage loans ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations and FourLeaf’s policies and procedures. Review loans and documents to determine if changes constitute a valid Change in Circumstance and issue Revised Disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations and FourLeaf’s policies and procedures. Work in collaboration with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and other team members to address any discrepancies and ensure the accuracy and validity of the loan disclosures. Ensure all required disclosures are delivered to members within state and federal regulatory timeframes while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and member service. Maintain accurate records of all disclosures for each individual loan file. Responsible for completing tasks by required due dates to effectively manage their loan pipeline. Assist with appraisal delivery to members in a timely manner. Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management. Assets You Will Bring

High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of first mortgage loan experience, preferably disclosures experience. Knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID) guidelines, RESPA, HMDA, and CFPB requirements required. Knowledge of agency (FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA) guidelines and requirements preferred. Knowledge of First Mortgage operations and Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System. The estimated salary for this role is $26.35 - $30.96 per hour.
