Customer Engagement Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and connect with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address their needs promptly.
Prepare delightful food offerings, including breakfast items, custom sandwiches, specialty drinks, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
Manage the cash register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products.
Ensure our stores are well-stocked and presentable, keeping shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
Uphold store cleanliness and safety by adhering to established policies and guidelines.
Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal to maintain a tidy environment.

Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an effective multitasker.
Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.50 to $19.25, depending on experience and location. Associates will also receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am - 6 am.
