The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This individual will play a key role in developing talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for roles across construction, manufacturing, and building materials sectors.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using sourcing tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
