Job Overview Candidate will support the corporate tax department primarily in the following areas: tax planning and special projects, federal/state/international audit defense work, and federal and state tax compliance projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze support for complex planning projects associated with the implementation of the company’s tax planning strategies.

Assist with special tax planning projects related to the quarterly and annual tax provision including data analysis and journal entry preparation.

Management of responses to tax notices, exam information requests and other correspondence related to state and international tax audits.

Assist with the preparation of the Country-by-Country report and Master File for the federal tax return.

Work closely with teams across the company to collect and keep up-to-date key tax related information.

Assist in preparing federal and state tax returns and workpapers in coordination with tax operations team as needed.

Other projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

CPA or CPA candidate

Three to five years previous tax experience, preferably two+ years in public accounting or large corporate tax department.

Strong proficiency in Excel

Experience with accounting and tax software systems (Hyperion, SAP and Corptax) a plus

Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team; flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize assignments, and meet critical and established deadlines.

Demonstrates analytical skills with attention to detail.

Learns quickly/implements new procedures, software tools, etc.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and adjust priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Job Requisition # 410120 A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $102,000 - $105,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
