Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in, RI & MA with opportunities to work remotely. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, building and maintaining client relationships, marketing properties, performing property market analyses, and negotiating deals. The agent will also handle property showings, guide clients through real estate transactions, and maintain compliance with local laws and regulations. Must have at least 5 years expirence or more. Qualifications
Experienced only Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property practices Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service Proven ability to build client relationships and provide exceptional support Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Organized and self‑motivated to manage a flexible work schedule Familiarity with RI & MA Basic proficiency in real estate marketing tools and technology
