As a Market Coordinator (MC) within the PNC Private Bank organization, you will be based in Indianapolis. The position is primarily based in a PNC location, and responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
Job Profile The Market Coordinator (MC) is a trusted partner to the PNC Private Bank Leadership and Advisor teams. The role partners with leadership and advisor team members to proactively manage their administrative needs, enabling advisors to focus more fully on clients. The MC fulfills responsibilities across all PNC Private Bank disciplines and reports directly to the Sales Leader or Functional Leader for their respective location.

Job Description
Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships; may serve as a customer solutions resource.
Gathers required documentation and verifies accuracy.
Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes; may administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications; provides reports as needed.
May serve as a peer resource and perform general administrative support.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s or equivalent degree, related experience, or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
