Job Description
The Executive Casino Host – Asian Market is responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with high‑limit Asian and international casino guests through personalized service, targeted outreach, and strategic hospitality programs. This role drives VIP loyalty and gaming revenue by hosting premium players, coordinating luxury experiences and events, and anticipating guest needs. This role requires fluency in English and Asian languages (Chinese, Korean, and Mandarin) along with experience in casino/hospitality service or VIP account management.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with high‑limit Asian and international VIP guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs to grow the Asian high‑limit player segment.
Host VIP guests on and off property, ensuring exceptional, personalized service and satisfaction.
Coordinate premium events, itineraries, and experiences by partnering with Gaming, Hotel, and Food & Beverage teams.
Maintain regular contact with VIP players through calls, direct mail, and in‑person interactions to increase engagement and revenue.
Identify opportunities to maximize gaming revenue using customer data and targeted marketing efforts.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
Utilize comping authority responsibly to support guest satisfaction and business goals.
Handle complex guest situations with professionalism, discretion, and problem‑solving skills.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and property programs to enhance service and performance
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Asian languages (Chinese, Mandarin, and Korean,) with strong knowledge of Asian culture.
3–5 years of experience in casino/hotel, luxury service, customer service, hosting, or VIP account management.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and customer POS systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions that enhance guest experience and profitability.
Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong sales, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
Professional appearance, polished communication skills, and a service‑driven mindset.
Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License
Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist, grip items.
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of casino.
Must be able to operate in stressful situations.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Must be able to work in small, shared office space.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smoke.
