Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Cincinnati, OH. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assist in building long-lasting client relationships. The role involves handling sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, both retail and wholesale.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales

Strong Customer Service and personable skills

Experience in doors, windows, lumber, construction and mouldings

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a environment

High attention to detail and maintaining records

Previous experience in the home center or inside sales environment a plus
