We’re partnered with a national leader in commercial property improvement and exterior construction services, supporting large-scale projects across commercial real estate, multifamily, hospitality, and corporate environments.

This role focuses on selling commercial landscape installation and property improvement projects-work that directly impacts how major properties are built, upgraded, and maintained. Many projects convert into long-term service contracts, creating strong long-term earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and close commercial landscape installation and property improvement projects

Target property managers, developers, general contractors, and commercial owners/operators

Build relationships with key decision-makers across commercial real estate and construction

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Develop proposals in partnership with estimating and operations teams

Convert installation projects into long-term maintenance contracts

Qualifications

2+ years of

outside or customer-facing B2B sales experience

(construction, industrial, or service-based sales preferred)

Proven ability to generate pipeline through

outbound prospecting

Comfortable managing

longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes

Strong

relationship-building

and

in-person selling

skills

Must live within 30-45 minutes of

Parker, CO

Compensation & Structure

Uncapped commission structure with strong long-term earning potential

Year 1 OTE:

$85,000 - $95,000

Year 2 OTE:

$125,000 - $150,000

Top Performers:

$175,000 - $200,000+

Compensation is structured to reward long-term account value, with recurring commissions tied to contract duration.
