HL Uriman, the exclusive North American distributor for

HL Mando , is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive growth within the

Automotive Aftermarket Warehouse Distributor (WD) channel , while supporting OE initiatives and expanding

COMAN private brand

business. This role is responsible for leading a sales team, managing strategic distributor relationships, and executing growth strategies aligned with HL Mando’s Tier-1 quality and global brand standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a sales team supporting Aftermarket WD, OE, and COMAN private brand customers Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth across national and regional Warehouse Distributors Manage key WD accounts including pricing programs, line reviews, promotions, and assortment expansion Expand COMAN private brand penetration within WD customers while maintaining profitability Support OE opportunities consistent with HL Mando’s Tier-1 OE strategy and long‑term growth plans Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance KPIs Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure execution excellence Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred), but not required. 10+ years of automotive aftermarket sales experience, with strong Warehouse Distributor exposure Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams Proven success managing national and regional WD accounts Experience with private brand / private label programs strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills Pricing, negotiation, and program management expertise Data‑driven, results‑oriented mindset Ability to execute in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Why HL Uriman / HL Mando
