The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-output content creator who understands that great content isn’t just beautiful, it performs. This is a role for someone who is magnetic on camera, fast in execution, and disciplined about consistency. You know how to create content people save, share, and act on and you care about the numbers behind it.
You’ll be the face and hands of our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, ideating, filming, editing, and publishing content that builds brand authority and drives measurable engagement. You have a strong understanding of brand storytelling — creating content that not only performs on platform, but consistently reinforces brand identity, tone, and narrative across channels.
You’ll report into and partner closely with our Social Media Strategist.
What You’ll Do
Show Up On Camera
Serve as primary on-camera talent across short- and long-form video
Deliver content that feels natural, elevated, and conversion-aware
Capture real-time brand moments, launches, events, behind-the-scenes
Create & Publish at Volume
Maintain a structured daily posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Produce a minimum of 3 YouTube videos per week (shorts + long-form)
Batch and plan content to sustain high output without sacrificing quality
Own formatting, tagging, publishing, and platform optimization
Develop Concepts & Strategy
Bring proactive content ideas aligned with brand priorities and campaign goals
Execute within clearly defined content pillars and marketing initiativesApply trends strategically, not randomly
Use performance data to refine creative direction and improve results over time
Engage & Build Community
Manage daily engagement with speed, clarity, and brand voice discipline
Respond to product questions in a way that supports conversion and trust
Surface meaningful feedback and patterns to the marketing team
Track, Report & Improve
Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics (growth, engagement, reach, traffic, conversion contribution)
Identify repeatable formats that drive performance
Share insights that influence future creative decisions

Nice to Have
Experience with fashion, parenting, or luxury lifestyle brands
Photography or videography training or background
Familiarity with influencer or UGC content management
Creative direction or production support experience

Video Editing
CapCut — for fast TikTok and Reels editing
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro — for polished long-form YouTube content
Content Scheduling & Planning
Later or Planoly — for Instagram and Pinterest scheduling with visual grid planning
TikTok Creator Studio, native scheduling and analytics
YouTube Studio — for managing uploads, Shorts, and performance data
Analytics & Reporting
Sprout Social or Dash Hudson — for consolidated cross-platform reporting (Dash Hudson is preferred for luxury/lifestyle brands)
Design & Asset Creation
Canva — quick graphics, story templates, and overlays
Adobe Lightroom — for photo editing and maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic
Project & Content Management
Notion or Airtable — for content calendars and batch planning
Google Drive or Dropbox — for asset storage and team sharing
Nice to Have
Shopify analytics familiarity — ability to connect content performance to traffic and revenue contribution
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: you’re immersed in the brand voice and building repeatable content formats.
Within 60 days: posting cadence is consistent and engagement trends upward.
By 90 days: content performance is improving through iteration, and your work clearly supports community growth and revenue contribution.
Within 6 months: you are a core creative driver of Mina Baie’s digital presence.
