What You’ll Do
Build Your Sales Career
Identify and connect with healthcare providers in your territory.
Prospect for new opportunities and help grow GRL’s client base.
Develop a strong pipeline of potential accounts and convert them into active clients.
Learn how to present medical services and solutions to healthcare professionals.
Develop Client Relationships
Conduct in‑person visits with physician offices and medical staff.
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth start with GRL services.
Build long‑term relationships with providers and office teams.
Provide ongoing updates about testing services and company programs.
Educate & Support Medical Offices
Train clinic staff on specimen collection, shipping, and submission processes.
Provide guidance on using the GENuine Portal and online requisition tools.
Assist with supply management and ensure offices have what they need.
Collaborate With Internal Teams
Work closely with Account Managers and internal support teams.
Participate in territory planning and sales strategy development.
Stay Compliant & Professional
Follow company SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and industry compliance standards.
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and activity tracking.

Duties include maintaining regular communication with clients, resolving issues, coordinating testing services, conducting account analysis, preparing reports, and supporting the sales team in identifying growth opportunities. The Junior Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client‑specific needs.
Qualifications
