Salary: $110,000 - $200,000 per year
A bit about us Our client is an established food manufacturing and processing company specializing in value-added fresh food products distributed across retail and foodservice channels throughout the United States. The company produces ready-to-use fresh ingredients, including fresh-cut vegetables and salad blends, designed to help customers reduce prep time, control costs, and maintain product consistency. In addition to manufacturing, the company provides custom packaging, product development, and coordinated refrigerated distribution, working closely with national distributors, restaurant groups, and retail grocery partners to support large‑scale food programs.

Experience
5+ years of sales experience in produce, foodservice, or a related industry preferred
Proven track record managing large national or strategic accounts
Sales & Business Skills
Strong experience with contract negotiation and pricing strategy
Ability to develop and execute national account growth strategies
Experience managing product mix, margins, and revenue performance
Relationship Management
Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers
Experience working with large distributors, retail accounts, or major foodservice operators
Strategic & Analytical Skills
Experience with business reviews, forecasting, and sales planning
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment
Collaboration
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, product development, and finance teams
Travel
Ability to travel approximately 25–35% to meet customers and attend industry events.
