Premiere Roofing is a full‑service residential and commercial roofing company dedicated to quality workmanship, safety, and superior customer service. Our Outside Sales team depends on a strong Inside Sales/CSR group to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and ensure every customer has a positive experience from the first phone call through project completion.
Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for inbound calls and customer inquiries. This role is responsible for answering phones, providing excellent customer service, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, supporting the Outside Sales team members, and proactively contributing to sales growth for Premiere Roofing.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Phone Support
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally as the “first voice” of Premiere Roofing.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, appointments, warranties, and general information.
Provide courteous, knowledgeable support and resolve basic issues or route calls to the appropriate team member.
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, job details, and satisfaction after service.
Qualify inbound leads by gathering essential information (contact details, property address, roof type/age, issues, timelines, budget, etc.).
Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM or job management system.
Schedule inspections and sales appointments for Outside Sales Representatives to maximize their time and success.
Proactively manage existing customer base and past customers to drive additional sales and referrals.
Assist in nurturing leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, and events.
Support for Outside Sales Team
Coordinate calendars and appointments for the Outside Sales team, ensuring efficient routing and minimal downtime.
Prepare and send proposals, estimates, and supporting documents as directed by Outside Sales.
Monitor and report on lead sources, appointment conversion, and closing rates to support sales goals.
Administrative & General Duties
Maintain organized records, files, and digital documentation.
Assist with outbound confirmation calls, reminder calls, and essential customer communication.
Support basic office tasks such as email management and coordinating with the sales team.
Qualifications Required
Strong phone presence with clear, professional communication skills.
Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable discussing pricing ranges, scheduling, and services with customers.
Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM/dispatching software or willingness to learn).
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and handling call volume.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred
Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or related trades (but not necessary)
Familiarity with CRM Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional overtime as needed
