We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Construction Superintendent located in Lanham, MD. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Role Description Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining compliance with project specifications. The role requires regular communication with project stakeholders, coordination of resources, and the ability to solve on‑site challenges effectively.
Qualifications
Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
Strong Project Management and Budgeting experience
Proficient Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent leadership and communication abilities to supervise and coordinate teams
Proven ability to review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
Working knowledge of construction permitting, scheduling, and inspections
Experience with LEED projects and sustainability practices is a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields preferred
