Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00
Summary Superintendent manages day-to-day operations and personnel on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key duties include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities and subcontractors, implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols, conducting quality control inspections, managing labor and material supplies, and communicating project progress to the team.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervising Construction Activities
Coordinate Subcontractors
Direct Work Crews
Enforce Safety Protocols and collaborate with the Safety Director
Conduct Quality Inspections and collaborate with the Quality Manager
Track Project Progress
Maintain Records required by city, county, utility authorities and company requirements
Verify dimensional control
Monitor work for compliance with contract drawings and specifications
Learn and use different software and apps
Manage Resources
Budget Adherence
Resolve Issues
Collaborate and communicate with the project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address and resolve issues, and provide updates
Work with the Project Managers and General Superintendent during the pre-construction phase
Job Requirements Qualifications
10 years construction supervision experience
5+ years medical construction supervision experience preferred
Must have the ability to relocate for 12 - 18 month periods
