The Project Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day field management and execution of assigned construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a seasoned construction professional who can manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, maintain project schedules, and deliver quality results on public sector projects. The Project Superintendent serves as the primary point of contact on the jobsite and is the direct representative of One Day Came, Inc. in the field. Qualifications

Proficiency in Construction Site Management and knowledge of construction processes and procedures Strong skills in Construction Safety and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment Exceptional Organization Skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and schedules Experience with Budgeting and managing project costs effectively Demonstrated success in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timeline adherence Excellent communication and leadership abilities Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic construction environments Proficiency with construction management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required Knowledge of green building practices is a plus
