Responsibilities
Experience with site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day‑to‑day management tasks, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids, and overseeing contractors.
Knowledge of Florida Statutes and proficiency in understanding and executing the requirements of governing documents of an association.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with association software such as Caliber.
Ensure a well‑managed and maintained property, responding positively to concerns and needs of Association Board Members and Homeowners.
Communicate effectively with a large support team that includes accounting, administrative, mailroom, architectural review, and other staff.
Operations Management: day‑to‑day operations of on‑site or portfolio communities to ensure excellent service.
Property Maintenance: solicit bids, provide comparisons, monitor maintenance programs, and maintain vendor relationships.
Owner Representation: serve as the sole liaison for all property resolutions, using sound business judgment.
Communication: manage confidential account information, communicate professionally both orally and in writing.
Develop and monitor property budgets to support the financial expectations of Boards and Associations.
Coordinate, negotiate, and issue vendor contracts for property services in accordance with the management agreement.
Prepare monthly board packages with management reports, proposals, correspondence, and financial reporting.
Daily use of company software (Caliber), Word, and Excel for communication, organization, and detailed follow‑through.
Requirements
MUST be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager.
Experience in high‑level customer service, highly motivated and confident professional.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, proven leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Competence in Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience with financial reports and budgets.
2+ years of work experience in Association Management with prior people and project management experience in condominiums, apartments, hotels, time‑shares, developers, townhomes, or homeowners’ associations.
