Email Producer
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.
Summary
This role focuses on the end-to-end production and delivery of global email campaigns across digital services. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology to ensure high-quality campaigns are executed efficiently and on time. Our Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in email campaign production or digital marketing operations
Passion for digital marketing and customer engagement with a strong foundation in email production and QA
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and enterprise email platforms, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiar with email service providers such as Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or MailChimp
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, engineering, and marketing
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume production environments
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the assembly, testing, and delivery of global email campaigns across multiple services.
You'll partner with editorial, design, localization, engineering, and marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently and at scale. This includes building emails using HTML/CSS, performing thorough QA testing across platforms and devices, troubleshooting rendering issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
You will also manage multiple concurrent campaigns, maintain production workflows, and support the email production team's overall success and campaign quality standards. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing, email production, or marketing operations
Experience working with enterprise-level email platforms and high-volume campaign execution
Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work
The pay for this W-2 position is $63.27 per hour
