Job description
The role provides support for all eSettlements. Candidates will configure, design, test, and analyze issues asthey arise in the eSettlements application and then work with a member of the OneLink Production Support team to resolve. The Candidate will also provide timely customer service to KP departments relating to the eSettlements module. The Candidate is an integral part of the KP eCommerce Team and will assist in creating further operating efficiencies, cost savings, and enhanced management reporting. The Candidate also conducts ongoing maintenance, performs system testing, and updates and maintains services; Establishes and maintains regular analyses and reporting on transaction trends; and Recommends and implements controls and approved changes
Essential Functions: • Requirements definition and analysis: collects and researches specific client requirements for projects, identifies requirements, gathers workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications. • Project planning and execution: participates in project management process, including participating in project meetings. May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings • Business User/Owner Application Support: Provides 2nd and 3rd tier application support for assigned application(s).
