Salesforce Business Analyst
Responsibilities: • Uncover current state pain points and work with their delivery team to design a future state solution and decompose into user stories. • Provide guidance and recommendations as well as sharing best practices across business environments and industries. • Contribute new products, workflows and ideas to influence the industry • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the internal and external customers. • Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationships with product owners • Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-arounds • Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems • Build a clear requirements development strategy • Communicate Salesforce's capabilities and limitations to internal Stakeholders • Identify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into functional requirements • Perform business process modelling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming • Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution • Synthesize technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently • Regularly support the onboarding and mentoring of team members • Engage in strategy projects and support Business Architects and/or Strategy Consultants with Salesforce and business process best practices • Work in Agile Scrum cycle, groom user stories for the development work, participate to planning, and deliver products within the Scrum team. • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Community Cloud
Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years of requirement gathering experience • Minimum of 5 year of experience with CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred) with exposure to a minimum of 1 Salesforce implementation. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and evangelize best practices. • Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend point of view to a variety of audiences. • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Bachelor's Degree • Experience within the Financial Services industry Preferred Qualifications: • Masters Degree • Examples of how you use your creative and analytical powers to problem-solve • Good understanding of key CRM business architecture • At least one certification in Salesforce • Scrum Master experience is preferred
