About the Role We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Outreach & Referral Representative to help grow referrals for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role involves traveling to doctor’s offices, pediatric clinics, schools, and community organizations to build relationships and generate referrals for children who may benefit from ABA therapy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, healthcare outreach, and working independently while earning commission based on successful referrals.
Responsibilities
Travel to pediatricians, primary care providers, schools, and related organizations to introduce our ABA services
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, school administrators, counselors, and special education staff
Educate partners about how ABA therapy supports children with autism and developmental needs
Generate and track referral opportunities
Represent the company professionally in meetings and events
Maintain communication with leadership regarding outreach activities and opportunities
Compensation
Commission-based pay for successful referrals
Travel expenses covered
Flexible schedule and independence in managing outreach
Qualifications
Based in North Carolina (preferred) but open to candidates able to travel within NJ and other states
Experience in healthcare outreach, sales, marketing, or ABA/autism services preferred
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with frequent travel
Self-motivated and results‑driven
