With a strong focus on quality, brand building, and strategic market growth, we are looking to strengthen our presence in the Southwest with the appointment of a Regional Sales Manager based in Las Vegas.

The Role The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and brand visibility across
Nevada and Arizona , with a strong focus on developing relationships with key distributor partners and leading execution in market.
A critical component of this role will be managing the relationship with
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits
in Nevada and Arizona, ensuring strong alignment, distributor engagement, and effective route-to-market execution.
The successful candidate will be highly networked across the region with strong relationships across
on-premise, off-premise, and retail accounts , and a proven ability to grow brands within a distributor-led system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the partnership with
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits
teams in Nevada and Arizona to drive sales and distribution.
Execute the company’s commercial strategy across the region, delivering against volume, distribution, and brand-building targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key
on-premise, off-premise, and retail accounts
throughout Nevada and Arizona.
Identify and secure new distribution and account opportunities to expand brand presence.
Support distributor teams through ride‑withs, trainings, incentives, and joint business planning.
Ensure effective brand activation and visibility across priority accounts and markets.
Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and trade activations.
Provide regular market feedback and reporting to the senior leadership team.
Candidate Profile Required Experience
Must be
based in Las Vegas, Nevada .
5+ years of experience working for a spirits supplier/brand owner .
Strong existing relationships with
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits
teams.
Proven experience managing distributor relationships and driving brand growth.
Preferred Background
Established relationships across
on-premise, off-premise, and retail accounts
throughout Nevada and Arizona.
Strong understanding of the
three-tier system
and distributor‑led sales model.
Experience working with emerging or premium spirits brands is highly desirable.
