Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parsippany, NJ, for an Account Manager at Balady Promotions, Inc. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee promotional campaigns from concept to delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include sourcing and recommending products tailored to client needs, managing orders and timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate and timely project execution. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining detailed records, and creating strategies to expand client accounts and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, handle client inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service.

Project Management and Organizational skills, including excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project completion.

Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in identifying client needs, upselling opportunities, and expanding business accounts.

Promotional Product Knowledge in sourcing, vendor coordination, and understanding the customization of materials like apparel, drinkware, and tech items.

Proficiency with software tools for managing accounts, reporting, and handling orders, along with strong digital literacy.

A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, alongside prior experience in account management, marketing, or sales.
