As an In‑House Sales Executive, you will work directly with existing owners, delivering high‑level upgrade and lifestyle‑based ownership presentations. This role is designed for confident, consultative closers who understand owner psychology and consistently drive results. You will conduct structured 60‑minute presentations, identify upgrade opportunities, and provide tailored ownership solutions that align with each owner’s travel goals while representing the Club Exploria brand with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities And Duties
Deliver consultative, high‑impact sales presentations to existing owners Drive upgrades, re‑trades, and equity‑based ownership solutions Consistently meet or exceed VPG, closing percentage, and revenue goals Build and maintain strong owner relationships Follow established Owner Line sales processes and best practices Communicate effectively with owners, leadership, and support teams Thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Qualifications
