Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Voluntary Benefits Specialist, based in Bakersfield, CA, The VB Specialist will be responsible for supporting employee enrollment in workplace benefits plans, coordinating with team members and clients, and providing guidance on benefits packages and policies. This role requires clear communication and reliable customer service to meet the needs of both clients and employees, and to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
Experience in sales and/or Customer Service
Strong work ethic and high integrity
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service capabilities
Coachable and willing to put in the work to learn career-building and life-changing skillset
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid work environment
Experience in insurance or employee benefits is an advantage, but will train the right person
Have a current life & health insurance license or be willing to obtain one
