The role also involves coordination with internal teams to fulfill client needs effectively.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
Proficiency in presentation delivery and ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing demands
Familiarity with insurance products or employee benefits is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
