Qualifications
Ability to excel in Inside Sales and Lead Generation tasks
Strong focus on Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus
Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
