Job responsibilities include:
Manage approximately $6M in existing business across 200–300 accounts throughout the Southeast/Central region
Proactively grow assigned accounts and identify new opportunities to expand OBE’s presence
Build relationships with new and existing customers, earning trust and increasing share of wallet
Define and track weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and results
Maintain a healthy, documented sales pipeline in our CRM system
Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of OBE, Coral, US Alum, and other product lines
Collaborate with business analysts to: Identify target accounts
Conduct business analyses to support the field sales team
Support regional market-sizing and product launch activities
Develop professional skills and prepare for future career advancement through OBE training programs

A strong ability to build and nurture customer relationships (our top priority)
A self-starter mindset with excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Prior sales or industry experience (preferred but not required)
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to growing business
Readiness for occasional travel (up to 10%, overnight) when needed
