Sell Real Manufacturing Programs — Not One-Off Jobs Lingo Staffing is seeking an Industrial Sales Rep for a Chesapeake, Virginia–based industrial coating company serving OEMs, metal fabricators, marine & defense suppliers, and industrial manufacturers.
We operate a high-capacity automated coating line built for repeat-run, production-volume coating programs — not retail or transactional work.
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build and grow high-volume production accounts across Virginia, North Carolina, and the Mid-Atlantic.
This is industrial production sales — selling capacity, reliability, and long‑term manufacturing partnerships.
What You Will Sell Production powder coating programs to:
OEM manufacturers Equipment builders Industrial product manufacturers
Your objective is to win: What You Will Do Business Development Identify manufacturers with ongoing powder coating needs Prospect fabrication shops, OEM facilities, and production plants Convert prototypes and pilot jobs into full production programs
Technical & Production Sales Collaborate with operations and estimating to confirm line fit and throughput Develop pricing models based on production scale
Account Growth Increase part counts, SKUs, and coated assemblies Become the preferred long‑term powder coating partner
Commercial Management Manage RFQs and production quotes Track pipeline and active programs in CRM
What Success Looks Like High line utilization driven by your accounts
Compensation Commission: Tiered commission on collected revenue from your accounts - no cap
New Account Incentives

Who We’re Looking For You likely come from:
Manufacturing services Fabrication, coating, machining, or metal finishing
You bring: 3+ years of outside industrial or manufacturing sales experience Hunter mentality — ability to open doors and win new production work
Comfort speaking with engineers, production managers, and sourcing teams
Ability to understand parts, drawings, specs, and volumes
Existing manufacturing relationships (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and ability to access secure/government facilities
