
Junior Sales Coordinator

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Coordinator will assist with managing sales operations, supporting the sales, sponsorship and marketing team, and maintaining efficient workflows. This includes providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with clients, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams, maintaining organized sales records, supporting the overall sales process while acting as a liaison with the customers and clients of the Show.
Key Responsibilities
Processing client contracts and payments using Reserve Cloud, including invoicing, and collection of payments.
Maintaining databases, updating client records, and creating sales reports
Weekly reporting of sales to budget
Handling inquiries and providing information regarding accounts
Scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and organizing sales materials for client information i.e.: one-sheets, decks, and presentations.
Acting as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction pre and post show.
Acting as account manager on-site during the Auto Show, interacting with vendors, security, operational staff, ticketing, and building management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of CRM systems and exposure to graphic design mediums is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Resourceful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
Open to new experiences and learning
Able to work weekends, nights and long days before and during Auto Show (November), through Thanksgiving week.
This role is an entry to positions such as Sales, Account and Operation Manager positions.
Salary and Benefits
This position is an hourly in office, 40 hour work week position with overtime.
Includes 401K, PTO, Holiday pay, parking, on site gym.
