Overview
Los Angeles Field Sales Representative for Allagash Brewing Company. This full-time, salaried role supports and grows Allagash’s presence throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, including field visits to current and new accounts, collaboration with distributor partners, and ensuring strong brand representation on shelves, menus, and draft lists. Responsibilities
Visit current accounts and open new ones in LA and OC. Work closely with distributor partners to ensure Allagash is well represented. Lead trainings and activations; support events that bring the brand to life. Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, customers, and stakeholders in the market. Represent Allagash professionally, delivering a positive, people-centric approach in every interaction. Qualifications
Experience in LA/OC market; familiarity with the Reyes network; background working with large on-premise accounts preferred. Background in sales, hospitality, or the three-tier system is helpful. Strong organizational skills and clear communication; ability to create genuine excitement about the brand. Willingness to travel as required; valid driver’s license; evenings and weekend hours may be required. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $58,900 to $70,000, with eligibility for sales incentives up to $6,000 annually. Benefits include 100% employer-paid premiums for health, dental, life, and disability insurance; free mental health counseling; generous paid time off; paid volunteer time; up to $5,250 annually for continuing education; fitness reimbursements; and a 401(k) with employer match up to 4%. Sales team perks: laptop, cellphone and internet stipend, travel and expense account, Fitness in the Field reimbursement, and company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement. Travel and Scheduling
Minimum two trips per year to the brewery in Portland, Maine for onboarding and team immersion. Possible occasional travel outside the LA/OC territory for crew drives, beer festivals, and other market activities. Some evening and weekend hours; air travel and overnight travel are required. Ideal candidate located centrally within the territory, preferably near Downtown Los Angeles, to provide efficient access to both LA and OC accounts. Statement of Equity
