Overview

Los Angeles & Orange County Field Sales Representative Allagash Brewing Company, a Maine-based craft brewery known for quality, innovation, and sustainable practices, is looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to support and grow our presence throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time in the field visiting current accounts, opening new ones, working closely with our distributor partners, and ensuring Allagash is well represented on shelves, menus, and draft lists. You’ll be the face of Allagash in the market—building strong relationships, leading trainings and activations, and supporting events that bring our brand to life. This market is fast-moving and relationship-driven, so experience in LA/OC, familiarity with the Reyes network, and background working with large on-premise accounts are all highly preferred. Success comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and bringing a positive, people-first approach to every interaction. Responsibilities

Visit current accounts and open new ones in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets. Collaborate with distributor partners to ensure Allagash is well represented on shelves, menus, and draft lists. Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, customers, and partners. Lead trainings and activations and support events that bring the brand to life. Maintain organized records and communicate market feedback to internal teams. Qualifications

Experience in LA/OC and familiarity with the Reyes network; background working with large on-premise accounts preferred. Strong organizational skills and clear, proactive communication; positive, people-first approach. Background in sales, hospitality, or the three-tier system; ability to build partnerships and create genuine excitement about beer. Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight travel; valid driver’s license; able to work some evenings and weekends. Ideal candidate located centrally within the territory (preferably near Downtown Los Angeles) for efficient access to accounts. Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, salaried role with base compensation range of $58,900 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligibility for sales incentive program, with opportunity to earn up to an additional $6,000 annually. A comprehensive onboarding process will take place at the brewery in Portland, Maine, and in the LA market. A minimum of two trips to the brewery are planned each year; occasional travel outside the LA/OC territory may be required to support market activities and events. Other Details

This position requires some evening and weekend hours and a valid driver’s license. Air travel and overnight travel are required. A comprehensive onboarding will occur in Portland and LA.
