About The Role Love solving messy data problems and making revenue systems run like a Swiss watch? We’re looking for an experienced sales operations specialist to join our team. You’ll be the brain behind our sales tech stack and own our HubSpot CRM. You’ll build automations, create dashboards leadership wants, turn raw data into insights that drive decisions, and act as the go-to expert for the sales team when anything in the stack breaks, confuses people, or needs improvement. If you enjoy mixing technical problem-solving, data analysis, and helping teams work more efficiently, this is your role.
This role requires a hybrid schedule with a 2-day in-office requirement per week at one of our office locations in Oakland, or Costa Mesa.
What You\'ll Do
Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM instance, including fields, objects, workflows, automations, and integrations
Troubleshoot technical issues within the CRM and integrated sales tools. Review tickets, track down root causes, identify and implement scalable solutions
Create and optimize reports and dashboards to drive visibility and boost performance
Export information and build reporting and charts in Excel, extract insights from raw data
Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team across all sales tools, answering questions, solving problems, providing training, and ensuring everyone can work efficiently within our tech stack
Use Clay and other tools to build and enrich prospect lists, clean and validate lead data, and upload information into our CRM
Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements, keep data flowing, and provide support to the sales team
Clean and maintain data across our systems, develop data hygiene, quality, and governance standards
Qualifications
2+ years of sales operations experience
Have been a CRM admin in HubSpot or Salesforce
Data literacy — comfortable with Excel, CRM reporting, building dashboards
Sales background or extensive sales knowledge (doesn’t have to be tech)
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, very comfortable multi-tasking
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with data manipulation, management, analysis, and reporting
Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
Nice to Have
HubSpot or Salesforce Admin certifications
Experience with Clay or similar AI-powered prospecting/enrichment tools
Knowledge of common sales tools and CRM integrations (Outreach, LISN)
Compensation Package Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
