We’re hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent who runs organized, productive jobsites and leads teams to deliver high-quality projects. Our superintendents are field leaders responsible for safety, schedule, quality, and production — not just jobsite monitors. Compensation

Salary:

$80,000 – $110,000 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications) What you’ll do

Lead all on-site construction activities and set the tone for professionalism and accountability. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite; own safety culture and crew performance. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to drive production. Manage and maintain the construction schedule; sequence trades efficiently and solve conflicts early. Oversee quality control, ensure work meets plans/specifications, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions. Communicate clear updates to Project Managers and leadership — identify problems early and propose solutions. Support positive working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and the Halcyon team through job closeout. Required qualifications

5+ years as a Superintendent or lead field supervisor on commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving. Preferred

Experience with public/municipal projects (schools, civic/institutional). Experience with self-perform scopes (concrete, carpentry). OSHA training or demonstrated safety leadership. Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) — helpful but not required.
