Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for on-site leadership, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and maintaining a safe, productive jobsite.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple trades while driving projects forward on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site construction activities Lead and coordinate subcontractors and field staff Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship standards Lead site meetings and communicate progress to Project Managers Manage inspections and ensure timely resolution of punch lists Maintain accurate jobsite documentation (daily reports, RFIs, change orders) Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors Oversee project closeout and certificate of occupancy process Qualifications
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC Experience with ground-up, interiors, renovation, or base-building projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and building systems (MEP understanding required) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred Skills
Projects ranging from $5M–$50M+ Experience in multifamily, healthcare, K-12, interiors, or government work Experience in occupied renovations or fast-paced tenant interiors Pay range and compensation package
